To provide technical input within a small team responsible for the delivery of structural engineering projects relating to nuclear installations. Reporting to a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for undertaking calculations and preparing reports in connection with solving structural assessment and design problems.
Tasks will include: • Undertaking calculations in accordance with appropriate British Standards • Checking calculations and reports prepared by others • Supporting the Technical Manager

Candidates may be expected to travel in the UK on short assignments to assist with the delivery of our projects.
QUALIFICATIONS • First Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering EXPERIENCE
Minimum three years experience in the design, assessment and specification of buildings and structures. • In depth knowledge of current and previous codes of practise relating to steel & reinforced concrete design. • Working knowledge of industry standard computerised analysis and design software packages.
