Responsibility and authority: He/she will be responsible for:
To arrive at work on time in clean, company specified uniforms.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
Ensure that food is prepared and served to guests in keeping with USPH standards.
To maintain hospitality at all times towards Crew and Guests.
To cook and serve food items feature in our lido restaurant.
Ensure sufficient supplies of food are available on the service lines at all times.
Ensure the satellite food stations such as the pasta station and the salad bar are adequately supplied with food.
To have a thorough knowledge of the catering equipment needed to carry out their duties.
Carry out all cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor.
To attend all department meetings as requested by his supervisor.
To attend all safety drills and meetings as requested by ships command.
Previous job experience at least 3 years
Good communication skills
Salary start from 1000 EURO a month
