The Role

The role requires a combination of leadership skills, people management and expertise in products that cover Sports and Streaming areas while onboarding the customers such as leagues and federations. Team Lead should be able to define and delegate the tasks to sports customer onboarding team based In Tallinn or Medellin. The team lead should be good In making decisions and escalating the Issues while having the excellent organizational and communication skills. Sports Customer Onboarding Team Lead Role Is directly responsible for the locally based Sports Customer Onboarding Officers based In respectively Medellin and Tallinn while reporting directly to the respective Customer Onboarding Manager.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and delegate the tasks and projects to the Sports Customer Onboarding officers based In the same location
  • Managing, training, developing and motivating the team members in a high pressure environment
  • Partner with the Sports Customer Onboarding Team Lead In Tallinn/Medellin to align the processes and procedures
  • Recruitment and interviews of the roles directly reporting Into this team lead role • Shows flexibility and excellent communication in meeting customer expectations for implementation
  • Show great knowledge of the processes and procedures as well as sports related products
  • Consistently meets delivery time frames
  • Managing multiple stakeholders across the company from both technology and business perspective
  • Prepare/submit daily and weekly reports to business as required
  • Establishing trusted partnership with other team leads, specialists and managers within the Support Services
  • Ensures efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives are being driven within the team

 

Required skills:

  • Team leadership experience within support or operational areas
  • Project management experience In complex projects within IT and/or operations
  • Experience in the implementation of new customer products, including user training and implementation
  • Ability to develop an Implementation plan covering multiple stakeholders and users
  • Ability to use Fresh desk/Atlassian suite of products, JIRA, Confluence
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Understanding of sports and customer service definitions and cycles
