SPA SUPERVISOR

who ensures that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demostrated at all times. You will supervise Eforea SPA operations incl. managing, training and developing the team. You will be responsible for SPA and ensure that guest queries are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

Suitable candidate has:

• Previous SPA supervisor experience
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
• Fluent in Estonian and English
