Software Engineer (Python)

Build reliable, scalable Python systems—services, batch/streaming pipelines, internal tooling, and automation.

What you’ll do:

• Ship Python services, schedulers, and pipelines (batch & streaming).

• Improve performance & reliability (asyncio, multiprocessing, caching, retries, idempotency).

• Add observability (metrics/logs/traces), define SLOs, and handle incidents.

• Level up DevEx: CI/CD, testing, typing, refactoring; package internal libs/CLIs.

Required qualifications:

• Strong Python: clean code, type hints, packaging, unit/integration tests.

• Concurrency & systems fundamentals (async I/O, processes, queues).

• Solid MongoDB and data modeling.

• Docker + one cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure); CI/CD experience.
