In Baltic Non-Life Insurance team you have an opportunity to:
- Create solutions with the mission to ensure that Swedbank’s Non-Life Insurance products are market leading and meets the customer’s needs;
- Be responsible for our IT applications system analysis and verification;
- Take part of discovery work;
- Plan and estimate the work together with the cross functional team;
- Take responsibility for requirement gathering, detailing, verification & anchoring of back log items and quality assurance of the delivered functionality;
- Strive for high level of automation of the tasks;
- Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time;
- Develop your analytical, social, managerial and IT skills, while working together with experienced IT team and business stakeholders.
Requirements
What is needed in this role:
- Proactive, team and solution-oriented customer-centric mindset;
- Analytical skills – understanding of business processes, perform process/system functional analysis, ability to be a communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders;
- Structured and systematic with an interest in details (without missing out on the big picture) and with good writing and documentation skills;
- Technical skills - write SQL queries, able to 'read' code;
- Data quality work - understanding of creation of test data, test environments, describing metadata, doing data quality checks;
- Testing skills;
- Collaboration and communication skills – be a bridge between IT and business and able to lead workshops
- Fluency in English;
- Ready to learn new technical skills;
- Ability to work independently with a strong focus on deliveries.
