Software Engineer (CI/CD & automation)

Job Description

Are you passionate about spreading the mindset of CI/CD and automation?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Design, develop and maintain common tools for development teams (e.g. CI/CD, Gradle plugins, Jenkins pipelinesDocker + Kubernetes, infrastructure provisioning on vSphere); 
  • Integrate pipelines with different systems enabling end-to-end automation; 
  • Work alongside with software engineers who embrace challenges, value growth and learning; 
  • Empower other developers by designing and creating one of a kind working environment.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT field, or a great reason for not having one;
  • Demonstrated 3-year development experience on JVM platform (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Groovy); 
  • Knowledge about CI platforms (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo);
  • Linux administration and containerization (e.g. DockerKubernetes) skills;
  • Good communication skills (also fluent in English);
  • Being a proactive and solution-oriented person;
  • Experience with administrating databases is a plus.
