Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and monitor high-quality content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, consistent with brand voice and style.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, influencers performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective audiences, features, and algorithms.
- Expertise and understanding of events in the sports world.
- Experience in creating, managing and growing of social media feeds and working with community.
- Practical knowledge of working with designers and ability to create technical briefs for them;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and build relationships with influencers and followers.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and brand positioning.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics and performance data.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design software would be an advantage.
- Experience in gambling, sports, crypto, dating, forex would be an advantage.
- Fluent or native Estonian language;
- Full business proficiency in English language;
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
