Töö kirjeldus

  • Management of paid social ad accounts, including continuous optimization, analysis, and strategy.
  • Leading the social media marketing team and develop ways to work to get better results for the team.Project management and reporting to the management team.
  • Strive to continuously learn and master the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Analysis of customer behavior and marketing performance using Facebook Analytics, Facebook pixelevents, Google Analytics, and possibly other analytics tools. Also, attribution modelling and other analysis-related projects.
  • Making social ads strategies together with the rest of the marketing- and content team. Devising strategiesand tactics to increase the sales of our health and beauty products.
  • Identifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations.
  • Planning and implementation of local and international Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Finding new ways to do things. Improving processes and implementing them.

Ootused kandidaadile

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling Meta Business manager, Facebook Ad accounts, GoogleAnalytics and other related tools
  • Experience about high budget ad campaigns and evidence of good results
  • Experience in working with a social media marketing team and other marketing teams
  • Familiarity with a subscription-based business model marketing.
  • Experience about scaling up a subscriptionbusiness.
  • A real passion for digital marketing in general, social media marketing, and innovations in the field.
  • A friendly personality with good collaboration and management skills, plenty of ambition, and a drive tobecome a leading expert.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • (Preferred) BSc/MSc in marketing, or other fields such as IT/computer science, mathematics, statistics witha strong passion for digital marketing.
  • Knowledge in Baltic, Polish or Finnish languages is not a requirement, but every language is a plus.
