SME Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Small and Medium Business Customer Product Manager to join our Lending Product Development team to coordinate and implement SME lending projects.

Your tasks:
• Project development coordination and implementation based on Business needs
• Project scope management, team coordination, communication and resource planning
• Project timeline planning, scheduling and tracking
• Analysis of SME lending market
• Sales / customization of lending services and products according to the customer's needs
• Leading improvements of existing SME lending processes

• Experience in project & product management for at least 1 year
• Experience in banking/finance field will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work in a team
• Analytical skills, knowledge in SME lending and companies’ financials
• Fluency in English and Estonian
• Energy, positive attitude and ability to deal with challenges
