Smart devices support in Russian

Your job would be providing assistance to end-users of smart devices via phone. You will have the chance to help people with different questions and learn a lot in the process yourself.

We handle the calls from Russia, so we need excellent Russian, but also a good understanding in English is required to be able to use the programs and materials. Being tech-savvy is an advantage and good communications skills would make you a great advisor.
