SMA Operator-Technician

If you are passionate about precision and small details, interested in electronics and want to be a part of a fast-evolving Estonian startup, come and be our SMA Line operator-technician! On the daily basis, you will be operating the SMA Line, producing PCBAs for our IoT modules and electric vehicles and also reworking PCBAs. You will be in charge of the optimisation of an entire SMA line (including Paste Printer, Pick & Place and AOI Machine). In addition, you will manage the SMD components warehouse. In this role, you have the opportunity to increase production efficiency and make things happen.

You should have a technical background and interest in electronics. Experience in operating an SMA line and educational background in mechatronics or a similar field is a plus. You have to be able to follow directions to assemble units according to the required specifications. You must be able to work with small components and put great care into details. In addition, you should grasp new concepts and assignments quickly while not being afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done. We expect you to be conscientious and precise to keep our production standards high. As our team is international, you should have a good command of the English language.
