Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of Tallinn contact center, achieving short and long term goals, set by Anthill Head Office located in Stockholm. Site Manager has to emphasize on the site growth, recruiting and retaining people and achieving service level targets.
Site Manager has to work closely with Swedish, Finnish and Lithuanian teams and team leaders, with customer care projects that are split between different offices.
Ideal candidate has strong organizational and interpersonal skills with experience in people management. Site Manager has to speak fluent Estonian and English.
Candidates should have entrepreneurial mindset and will to travel.
Experience in managing contact center or similar business environment is of advantage.
