As Site Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Tallinn BPO centre, achieving short, medium and long term objectives goals, as set by the BancTec European head office located in Colnbrook, near London Heathrow.
Main responsibilities include project execution, recruitment and retaining of personnel, achieving service level targets and supporting IT systems’ optimisation with the overall emphasis on site growth. The Site Manager has to work closely and in conjunction with Dutch, British, Swedish and Finnish customers and their teams, as well as with projects that are split between different offices.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with experience in project and people management.
The successful candidate will operate in an international environment and it is therefore essential that he/she is able to relate to different cultural behaviors. As the group language is English, the position requires a good working knowledge of written and spoken English and Estonian.
