Join Our Production Team as a Shift Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our production operations during assigned shifts. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining high product quality and food safety standards, and supporting a productive and engaged team.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and coordinate all production activities during your assigned shift.
- Organise staffing and allocate employees according to the daily production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Supervise key production processes, including preparation, drying, cutting, quality control, and packaging.
- Monitor product quality, production records, and compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and company standards.
- Ensure production areas remain clean, organised, and fully operational throughout the shift.
- Monitor material availability, production equipment, and coordinate with Maintenance when technical issues arise.
- Train, support, and motivate production employees while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
- Resolve operational issues, communicate effectively with production manager and other departments, and escalate concerns when necessary.
The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production, consistent product quality, food safety compliance, and effective team leadership. Success in this role requires strong operational coordination, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain high production standards while supporting and developing employees. What We're Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality management systems.
- Experience working with production documentation and operational reporting.
- Ability to motivate and support employees while maintaining high performance standards.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
Full-time position.
Rotating shift schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday), including weekend shifts.
