Responsible for the Quality of Service provided by Delivery Center to customers within the service agreement scope.
Manages team of IT professionals who fulfill specific customer requirements on specific support level(s) and work in a shift-mode environment.
Accountable and measured for the overall performance of the service unit, e.g. customer satisfaction, keeping defined service budget, completing project in time and fill scope, achieving specific targets like profit, utilization etc. as per service type definition.
Has direct people management responsibility.
Proven experience in IT service environment.
