Service QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and attentive Service QA Engineer to ensure the accordance of provided services with both external and internal requirements.

The perfect candidate has a passion for quality assurance and is a responsible, detail-oriented person with experience in testing interactive software. (S)he has great attention to detail, sense of duty and ability to learn.

The area of responsibility includes:

• Analyzing large and complex systems in order to devise insightful test scenarios
• Completing tasks on time while working with different product representatives
• Writing and updating test cases
• Executing of tests with customers
• Working with bug-tracking tools/databases to produce detailed bug reports

• 1+ years experience in functional testing industry
• Knowledge of different quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Experience with large and complex systems
• Ability to multi-task and test different applications necessary for a release
• Very good verbal and written English
• Higher education in the field of IT is an asset
• Good knowledge of SQL is an asset
• Knowledge of online games is a plus
