
Service QA Engineer
Job Description
The main responsibility of a Service QA Engineer in services division is to ensure that the services provided by Playtech fit for their purpose and meet both external and internal requirements. Service QA Engineer actively takes part in quality assurance process from planning and analyzing to implementation and execution. Suitable applicant has a passion for quality assurance and is a responsible, detail-oriented person with experience in testing interactive software.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing large and complex systems in order to devise insightful test scenarios
- Completing tasks on time while working with different product representatives
- Developing tests within deadlines by providing complete product coverage
- Writing and updating test cases
- Executing of tests with customers
- Working with bug-tracking tools/databases to produce detailed bug reports
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in functional testing industry
- Higher education in the field of IT is an asset
- Knowledge of different quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Experience in creating and executing detailed test plans
- Experience with large and complex systems
- Ability to multi-task and test different applications necessary for a release
- Knowledge of online games is a plus
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Very good verbal and written English
