Service Engineer

We are seeking for Service Engineer to join our Turbocharging Team in Jüri to execute technical support and act as specialist in own area of expertise. In this position you will be the representative of unit during interactions with the customers.

Purpose of the position:
• Prepare the tools, equipment and spare parts needed for service jobs
• Ensure availability of needed technical and relevant documentation
• Execute pre risk assessments on sites, briefings with customers
• Perform services according to the scope defined within the work order and coordinate deviations in the scope
• Create service reports, time sheets & delivery notes
• Give recommendations to the customers of immediate and future service requirements, provide feedback
• Provide suggestions for continuous process improvements
• Support service availability targets (24/7 service availability)
• Ensure safe work environment in all operations

Expectations:
• Education in mechanics or similar
• Good written and spoken English ; Estonian and Russian are beneficial
• Previous work experience in service or repairs field, preferably with engines
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel for work (Clients objects, ships, trainings)
