• Technical support to Associated Service Centers;
• Major svc KPI achievement: LTR, RRR, SCR, PBO;
• Technical Return process coordination;
• The activities in support of the launch of new products(field test);
• The activities to monitor and analyze the field quality of products and when needed to come up with solution for the products which have latent defects or other problems;
• The activities to support ASC in their efforts to provide better customer service;
• To provide quality information to improve the product quality;
• Provide new product information on a timely basis and conduct technical training for ASC engineers;
• Determine all objects of technical training, and make sure that they are regularly updated and managed;
• Control Technical Return procecc and compensation lead time to Dealer.
• High school diploma;
• At least 3-5 years experience in service( manager or assistant manager);
• Good communication skills;
• English and Russia fluent.
