Job Description

You will be responsible for interacting with service recipients via telephone and e-mail and providing service support and solutions to accounting related issues.


- commercial education and experience in helpdesk activities;
- ability to multi-task and work in a multicultural environment;
- work independently as well as within a team;
- customer oriented approach;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- computer literacy (MS Office);
- fluent English (other languages are an advantage);
- willingness to work shifts.
