SEO Manager

About the position

As our new SEO Manager, you will be part of the marketing team in Tallinn, Estonia. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies. The correct person will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties and responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-site, off-site, technical SEO)
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Providing keywords and clusters for the copywriters and reviewing the content
• Analyse web traffic metrics and monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Build content strategies based on the customer journey (awareness to retention)
• Increase the domain authority while keeping the sites reputation and traffic high-quality
• Providing useful data and reports for the rest of the team
• Analyzing the technical stats (page speed, image sizes etc.) and giving actionable feedback to the relevant team members
• Collaborate with the internal team to help build landing pages and optimize user experience
• Investigate and research on user personas and find what they need for generating the content
• Work closely with marketing and communication team
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

About you

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
• Proven success in SEO
• Practical knowledge of relevant SEO tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
• Practical knowledge in backlinks and increasing domain authority
• Advance knowledge in practical knowledge Google Analytics and Google search console
• Basic knowledge of relevant ASO (i.e. app consoles, AppTweak, App Annie, Sentor Tower, SplitMetrics, etc.)
• Proven working experience in working with high difficulty keywords
• Having a growth mindset from awareness to retention
• Ability to analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope technical SEO requirements
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analysing data
• Fintech and crypto experience or knowledge is considered a bonus
