Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

Job Description

Build the Bolt Transfer Pricing Function - Drive the development of Bolt’s Transfer Pricing Strategy and set-up in line with the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS and local rules and regulations in the countries where Bolt is present.

Operational Transfer Pricing - Ensure excellent operational Transfer Pricing, including ensuring all inter-company agreements are current and reflect the Transfer Pricing set-up model accurately. Development and maintenance of Master, local, CbCr (Country-by-Country-reporting) files and localisation of country specific files.

Manage external Transfer Pricing service providers - as well as - in cooperation with Accounting - oversee external compliance providers and liaise with our statutory auditors PWC on Transfer Pricing matters.

Tax Audits - Manage the Transfer Pricing part of tax audits globally in close corporation with the rest of the Tax Team colleagues, Bolt Finance and other relevant functions as needed.

Financial Audit - Provide analysis of Uncertain Tax Positions related to Transfer Pricing both with regard to recurring and ad-hoc transactions to ensure accurate information in our Financial Statement concerning Transfer Pricing.

Cooperate with Accounting and Finance - in developing and building software models accurately reflecting Bolt’s Transfer Pricing set-up and strategy.

Policy & Strategy - Drive development of the Transfer Pricing Policy & Strategy, procedures and relevant controls (potentially SOX controls) including relevant supporting documentation.

Update on Transfer Pricing regulations - as they develop and change in the international organisations such as the OECD and in the countries where Bolt is conducting its business.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of international Transfer Pricing experience working in industry and/or Big 4.

Experience with financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools and management reporting tools).

Relevant education such as Law, CPA, Economy or Finance.

You are a true doer with a very hands-on approach who will take on big and small tasks as needed.

You have a very solid knowledge about corporate income tax and international tax in a global organisation.

Not afraid to challenge and question colleagues (regardless of level) in a constructive manner always with the best solution for Bolt at heart.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relations with internal stakeholders, executives and teams in and multicultural a global entrepreneurial environment.

Experience with financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools and management reporting tools).
