Job Description
- Specify and design Test strategy & Test coverage by understanding new products in Development
- Provide cost and time-scale estimates for test systems
- Create and hold up-to-date test documentation, including test instructions, specifications, drawings and verification plans
- Provide technical support to manufacturing including hands-on debug of test systems
- Managing a team of AOI/SPI programmers
- Perform analyze and reports, set-up actions to drive cost
- Liaise with sub-contractors to implement production testing and training of local support personnel
- Contribute to the company’s production engineering objectives with regard to new product introduction, process improvement and lean manufacturing
Requirements
- Degree level in electronics or related disciplines (ex. IT or Telecommunication or Radio Communication)
- DC and RF measurement skills and knowledge
- Proven track record in a testing process & technology
- Good understanding of quality assurance
- Experience in work with documentation of electrical products
- Strong leadership and project managing skills
