Job Description

ABB Estonia is looking for a Senior Talent Partner, to ensure effective hiring and talent attraction, employer branding strategy, collaboration with stakeholders and talent team's workflow in Baltics. This role is combination of managing E2E recruitment projects and being a strategical partner for the businesses in Baltics related to all TA related topics. Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, Northern Europe, you will be part of our regional team and working closely with our talent team members and different businesses in Baltics.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process with relevant stakeholders and advise business on talent market landscape and solutions to talent challenges
  • Execute full-stack recruitment from hiring needs, to interviews, assessments and job offers
  • Actively advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and promote talent advancement activities within the businesses as well as educate the organization where needed
  • Understand local talent supply and demand dynamics and help to develop hiring and employer branding strategy together with business and HR Business Partners
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and research for trends
  • Being responsible for employer branding strategies across Baltics and promote employer in relevant forums, incl job fairs, student and professional events, social media etc
  • Coordination and cooperation with Talent Team, consisting of a recruiter, talent sourcer and employer branding specialist

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or TA Specialist, ideally in a corporate or in-house capacity
  • Project management experience
  • Candidate market and trends understanding
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, along with the ability to influence and provide guidance to our hiring manager community on all TA matters
  • Good communication skills, data driven mindset and ability to present your ideas supported
  • A collaborative approach, initiative-taking mindset, adaptability to change, and strong self-leadership skills
  • Excellent command of English and Estonian
