The Role

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has previously worked across and enjoys the diversity of supporting different functions and different regions! We’re a data business and tech is at the heart of what we do so you should expect to spend a reasonable amount of time on sourcing these sorts of talent but you will be dealing with key stakeholders partnering with them on hiring needs across our other disciplines too (operations, commercial and central functions). You will be a senior member of our global team, reporting to our Team Lead for EMEA. You will mentor and manage our Junior Talent Partner in the region.  

 

Requirements

  • Solid recruiting experience within the Technology industry. Experience delivery commercial or corporate hires an added bonus 
  • Proven track record of building excellent working relationships with your hiring manager customers 
  • Experience working in an international business where your hiring managers and prospective talent pools will be multi-country; EMEA and APAC in particular 
  • At least 5 years’ recruitment experience, either from an agency or in-house function.  
  • Previous experience successfully working and collaborating with senior stakeholders in delivering new talent at all levels of seniority
  • A record of managing recruitment engagements in a result orientated environment where necessary and contributing to the Global Talent team with knowledge and energy.
  • The resourcefulness to turn a team’s needs into a search and, ultimately, hiring the best candidate for the job
  • A passion for each step of the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Experience with and appreciation for proactive candidate cultivation and relationship building with passive candidates
  • Natural intuition for what drives people and where they can most manifest their potential
  • Infectious passion for impactful products and ambitious missions
  • Demonstrated headhunting and proactive sourcing expertise
  • Ability to self-manage and reprioritize in  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Filling hiring requirements across Tech & Corporate roles in EMEA & APAC 
  • Source and screen candidates through proactive research, complex internet searches, and existing talent pools. 
  • Project management of multiple recruitment processes, supporting several business areas. 
  • Coach and mentor, the locally based Talent Acquisition Partner 
  • Assessment of candidate skill and suitability based on role requirements and Genius Sports cultural match
  • Engage with partner organizations and help drive engaging events that promote the Genius Sports brand and culture, hence driving further engagement with the candidate market
  • Provide a positive employee experience and superior customer service to candidates, hiring managers and Stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding the overall recruiting market and best practice to keep hiring managers informed about realistic expectations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking activities and keep the business informed on compensation, Global Market overview and trends

  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality candidates for open requirements. 
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a first-class candidate experience 
  • Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking
  • Drive a successful offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates
  • Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively
