Senior Product Designer - Verification Tools

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the processes & tools used by our manual verification department. You will support our Verification Tools product team with your design knowledge on how to best blend the machine learning and human decision-making process to make it as fast and accurate as possible.

We're at the forefront of this and so the work you do will be seen and felt by a huge number of users. Your work will be critical in defining how our verification specialists can make fast and accurate decisions. 

You’ll take the lead in designing the best product for combining forces of machine learning and eagle-eyed verification specialists that keep Veriff two steps ahead of digital fraud.

Who are we looking for? 

• You have at least 5 years of experience in designing products end-to-end across platforms (web, mobile & desktop) in collaboration with product teams and different stakeholders 
• You are able to showcase your experience in all phases of the design process from concept to launch, and comfortable making hard decisions to deliver an impact on both people and business goals 
• You are a structured thinker and love communicating concepts and ideas throughout the process, and you have the ability to speak expertly about your own design work and convince others of your reasoning  
• Experience working with design systems, and we would love Figma to be your design tool of choice

We'd also love it if you had knowledge or an interest in learning...

• Exposure to, or being interested in - AI, machine learning, or computer vision will be helpful
• You are a data driven person that is eager to learn and to understand how customers interact with your product
• Motivated by finding solutions - when you understand the “why”, you will figure out the “how”
