Senior Procurement Specialist

- Support maintaining tools and processes for purchase order management
- Manage and analyze inventory system
- Evaluate performance of current and potential suppliers and partners
- Prepare on time and accurate reports and ensure that other teams take their
responsibilities
- Support cost optimization projects
- Close collaboration with other departments inside the organization

- Higher education in supply chain, engineering, finance, manufacturing or
business management
- At least 5 years of experience at a similar position
- Problem solving skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize
- Sound business sense
- Good overall knowledge of supply chain and business processes
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Estonian
- Advanced level in Excel and ERP (SAP would be an advantage)
