Senior Facility Manager

 Ensuring a cost-effective maintenance program for all buildings, plant, systems and equipment;
 Organizing and supervising all facility management services, including security, cleaning and other service providers;
 Driving supplier compliance and control, managing supplier relationships;
 Managing a large site budget and analysing of variations and necessary budgetary correction action planning;
 Managing accurate asset inventory & life cycle assessment, including identification and support for capital replacement projects and forward maintenance registers;
 Driving operational control through the diligent measurement and monitoring of established metrics;
 Ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols.

 Higher education and relevant technical qualifications;
 Proven track record of delivering facility and project management services;
 Understanding and ability to keep records, perform analyses and budgeting;
 Very good command of Estonian, Russian, English languages;
 Passion for customer service.
