- Leading management of Buying Digital Advertising Traffic at the e-commerce department, mostly via CPC, CPM and CPA models, using internal e-commerce marketplace tools and common off-marketplace tools as well
- Be responsible for advertisement budget allocation among different types of Digital Advertising within one channel and as well between different channels – from the point of goals, KPIs and advertisement efficiency. Defining Digital Advertisement strategy. (current ad budget is about 1 mln euro annually)
- Constantly bringing TOP e-commerce sales technologies (such as Digital Advertising and others) to the company (via conferences and networking, etc..).
- Automating e-commerce Department: implementing SaaS tools from the market; in-house automation - setting technical tasks for IT Developers and QA
- Regulation of procedures in the e-commerce department; setting KPIs and reports on the department, control
- Proven working experience in digital marketing 3+ years - Digital Advertising Traffic Buying, CPC, CPM and CPA models. Understanding Programmatic Advertisement concept
Will be a plus - If this experience was in B2C e-commerce
- Proven experience in IT project management:
SaaS or other IT tools implementation end-to-end (problem to solve -> market overview -> methodology of implementation -> test, data analysis and problem solving -> data analysis and choosing tool -> final implementation).
In-house development end-to-end - setting technical tasks for IT Developers and QA
Will be a plus - certain experience towards APIs, EDI such as XML, data bases general understanding and knowledge of other IT technologies
- Basic Data Science skills – analytical mindset and proven experience to work with data, process it, analyze and make decisions on it. Advanced MS Excel or any other tool to work with data.
- Passionate on latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement, data analysis, technical skills and knowledge of tech platforms, tools, and systems
- High proficiency in English is required
Will be a plus - knowledge of Russian language
- Experience with top digital marketing technologies of 2020 – Machine Learning and AI, Programmatic Advertising, Video Marketing, others.
