Senior Customer Service Agent (United States Embassy Tallinn)
CGI Federal is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to act as a Senior Point of Contact (SPOC) to the US Embassies in Tallinn and Scandinavia.
This is a full-time, work from home position. It is expected that candidates will reside in Tallinn, preferably near to the Embassy (Kentmanni 20).
Daily responsibilities include liaising with the US Embassy staff on behalf of CGI, managing Visa Application cases and escalating any issues to the PMO office in Washington, DC.
Candidates will be required on occasion to visit the Embassy and to travel to other US Embassies in Scandinavia on behalf of CGI.
Candidates will NOT be required to work on local national holidays, US national holidays or weekends.
All candidates will be required to clear basic security clearance.
Relocation expenses will NOT be reimbursed.

Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
Computer proficiency is a requirement.
Applicants with strong customer service or diplomatic experience are preferred (3 years minimum).
Previous banking or courier experience would be an advantage.
Candidates will need to pass security clearance.
CVs must be submitted in English.

Candidate will receive a PC and Phone allowance.
All travel expenses incurred on official business will be covered including a per diem allowance.
Remuneration will be based on candidate's experience.
Role may suit self-employed candidates.
This is an immediate start.
