Senior Analyst (Operational Risk Control)

• Support the continued development of operational risk control framework, including the implementation of new tools
• Train and advice on operational risk management framework implementation
• Risk based control testing over operational risk management framework implementation across the business
• Operational risk data collection, validation, analysis and follow-up of reported incidents
• Preparation of regular internal and external reporting;
• Contribute to the overall Operational Risk Control Annual and Quarterly Work plans

• Proven experience working with non-financial risk topics,operational risk, regulatory compliance or internal audit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, strong communication skills. Written and spoken Lithuanian language skills would be an advantage
• Experience in working within deadlines, prioritising as necessary
• Positive and proactive approach to work and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deliver on commitments
• University education, relevant professional qualification will be beneficial
