Job Description

• Process and ensure accuracy of travel and expense reports according to country requirements.
  
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of vendor invoices.
  
• Resolve complex discrepancies and irregularities of vendor invoices.
  
• Communication with external and internal vendors.
  
• Reconcile intercompany balances.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing together with AP Team Lead.
  
• Process EU VAT returns.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance and/or accounting.
  
• Previous experience in managing accounting teams in an international environment.
  
• Very good knowledge and understanding of accounting processes.
  
• Good understanding and experience in working with some accounting software (SAP, Navision, Axapta etc).
  
• Good Finnish and English language skills.
  
• Business and customer oriented.
  
• Accurate and detail oriented.
