Main tasks_
• Consolidation of management
accounting and reporting, analysis
of operational efficiency.
• Support and advice to business
managers in communicating and
understanding financial and business
performance including income
statements and KPIs.
• Establish projections and budgets
both short and long-term.
• Development and optimization of
internal business processes and
reporting system.
• Understand and work in all levels of
the organisation both generally and
with focus on Retail

Requirements
• Higher education in economics
or finance.
• Previous experience in business
and financial controlling
preferably
within an
international company.
• Be able to work independently and
take initiative.
• Good cooperation and
coordination skills.
• Good planning and analytical
ability
with attention to details.
• Fluent in English.
• Russian language skills is
recommended.
• Excellent skills in Excel
