Scandinavian Speaking Hotel Receptionist

UNICJOB is renting out service providers to different industries in Norway. Since the beginning in 2004 thousands of people from Estonia and all over EU have been successfully working in different positions through our company.
Our customer offers accommodation in a family-operated hotel on bigger island on a western coast of Norway. The guest bedrooms and lounges are all of a high standard, and their rates include a generous breakfast and evening buffet. There are 36 guest bedrooms of various sizes, with a variety of interior decor.

We are looking for Scandinavian Speaking Hotel Receptionist


UNICJOB is looking for an experienced customer servant to work in the hotel. The main tasks are check in and- out of hotel quests, assistance and phone calls, bookings and e-mail correspondence, but also are important tending in the restaurant for breakfasts and dinners, in the kitchen and when needed also in cleaning and related tasks.

WORKING PERIOD: from 01.05.2015 until the end of August, with possibility to prolong (the hotel is closed for holidays during the Christmas).

WE EXPECT:
A good, fluent communicator in both Norwegian or Swedish and English languages. Good candidate is skilled, experienced in reception work, but flexible in different tasks as described above; interested in learning more within trade. We also expect the candidate to be independant in her job, efficient and positive team member, focused on quality in her job.

WE OFFER:
Valuable working experience in family operated hotel with small and familiar team.
Good salary conditons, from NOK 152,74 per hour before tax + additions. Accommodation in apartment outside the hotel, the hotel will assist in finding this.
