Samsung Customer Service Specialist

Webhelp OÜ is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with our partner Samsung. If you master Estonian and Russian language and have great communication skills, then this job offer is excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities and work:

• Support customers via calls, e-mails and chats
• Closely work together with Team to find solutions for customers
• Accuracy in data entry

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: Hourly rate, from 6,90 Eur / Gross

Work time: Monday-Friday, work in 8 h shifts, from 09:00 AM till 19:00 PM;

Location: Tartu maantee 63, 10115 Tallinn or Soola 3, 51004, Tartu

Requirements:

• Fluent Estonian and Russian language in spoken and written
• Good English language skills (at least B1/B2 level)
• Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
• Patience, positive attitude, friendliness and willingness to help
• Previous work in customer service will be considered as an advantage
