You will be in charge of the sales, business development and general management in the name of the worldwide leader in real estate, for the country of Estonia.
You will represent the brand, focusing on quality and expertise, in the country and will be the contact person for all business customers in the country.
You will be the person responsible for the proper execution of the contracts with the customers in Estonia.
You will be in charge of the P&L (profit and loss) for Estonia.
You will report to the Managing Director of the company running the brand for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
You are a self-starter, ready to travel all over the country to meet your business clients, with extremely good communications skills.
You have a management experience in Sales, probably but not mandatory in the Real Estate business, or you should demonstrate your ability to execute properly this role.
You are an ambitious entrepreneur in your mind and have willingness to get to a senior management role in the future by your own work.
You are fluent in English, Estonian and Russian.
