
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate/execute Used Construction Equipment business in the home country
- Develop new and existing client relationships, negotiating, pricing and contracting
- Identify client’s business needs and coming up with solutions
- Develop and optimize business unit process
- Searching for new export customers as well as maintaining and developing strongrelationship with existing customers by understanding their needs and expectations
Requirements
Professional requirements:
• Previous 2+ years working experience in B2B sales management, preferable related tondustrial products or construction machinery
• Higher education – preferably in technical sciences or economics
• Language skills: Estonian, English, Russian
• Driver’s license, preferable C and for construction equipment
Personal characteristics:
• Active and motivated for achievement
• Customer oriented
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to maintain long-termpersonal relationships
• Flexible/”can-do” attitude towards ever changing environment and decision making process
• Responsible and well-organized
