Job Description

What will you be doing?

A Sales Executive represents the hotel and develops market segments and customer relationships while consistently striving to maximize revenue in rooms, conference & events and food & beverage.

As Sales Executive at Hilton Tallinn Park, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Execute and contribute to the active sales strategy to drive business to the hotel, increase market share and support lead conversion
  • Prospect and qualify accounts, research market trends and competition
  • Collaborate with regional sales team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones
  • Participate in sales blitzes, industry events, workshops, trade shows, etc. as required. Host client meetings, events and site inspections.
  • Co-operate with other departments to create an exceptional Guests experience
  • Support conversion of pending bookings by coordinating directly with agencies and companies involved
  • Supporting the development and promotion of creative marketing campaigns

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
  • Fluent in Estonian and English. Russian would be an advantage.
