SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are working with customers from more than 22 different countries.

LATAKKO OU offers you to join the team in new position - SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• to represent company and distributed brands on the market;
• manage to achieve montly sales plans and goals;
• extend and develop the co-operation and relationship with existing clients and attract new clients;
• understand customer’s unexpressed business needs and find ways to meet them;
• develop terms of trade, negotiate and administer contracts and commitments;
• develop and implement action plans for each client to improve its position on the market;
• to ensure that customer satisfaction and service excellence is achieved at all times.

• successful work experience in a similar position;
• excellent organizing and interpersonal skills;
• very good argumentation, persuasion and presentation skills;
• ability to work and make decisions independently;
• positive, goal and result-oriented personality with ability to work well under stress, able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
• good knowledge of Estonian, Russian and preferably English languages;
• good computer skills;
• driver’s license - B category.
