Sales Representative

- Actively coordinate the sales and communication with specialty shops and DIYs;
- Regularly visit the current partners and look for further potential clients;
- Achieve sales and gross profit budgets and targets;
- Monitor sales results and prepare offers;
- Work closely with the Hungarian based Headquarter to understand category trends, new products and design solutions, conduct promotional analysis, SKU rationalizations, volume and sales projections;
- Prioritize multiple market initiatives, observe deadlines, identify specific needs and opportunities to exceed sales goals.

- At least high school diploma;
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales;
- Active intermediate English and knowledge (spoken and written), and Russian (spoken);
- Lighting industry experience is a huge advantage;
- Computer literate, MS Office (strong MS Excel skill);
- Good analytical skills;
- Focus on client relationships;
