Sales representative - identify, initiatiate contact and book meetings with potential clients in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and/or England. Initially company management will go to these meetings. As part of "training/development" the sales representative may later join in on the foreign trips. The idea is to have a commission based salary in the beginning, but other arrangements can be discussed if we feel we find the right candidate.
Account manager - the long term goal is for the sales representative to grow into an account manager. The account manager will then be responsible for his/her clients, including negotiations and project follow ups.
- Basic knowledge of the IT business.
- Disciplined and dedicated.
- Results and target oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages; Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Finnish.
Short time span between sales effort and commission payment.
