Sales Project Manager (Estonia)

Betono Mozaika UAB has been operating in the Baltic market for more than 25 years, providing high-quality landscaping products and solutions. The company has a strong presence in Lithuania and Latvia and is now expanding in Estonia. To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Project Manager who will develop the Estonian market and build long-term client relationships.

Location: Tallinn

Work time: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00

• Experience in construction or related technical industries (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Experience in project management or business development
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• University degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Business Management
• Estonian — good communication level (mandatory)
• English or Russian — good communication level
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and strong communication skills

• Develop and implement sales strategies in Estonia
• Find and attract new customers
• Manage projects with architects and construction companies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Solve customer-related and operational issues together with Baltic teams
• Identify new business opportunities
• Conduct basic market and pricing analysis
• Cooperate with colleagues in Latvia and Lithuania to ensure smooth project delivery
