
Job Description
What you will be doing
Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team e.g. filing, sending emails, and maintaining customer and company profiles.
Generating reports, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
Serve as the point of contact for clients: communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, events and any appointments.
Requirements
Your experience & skills
Diploma or degree in business management or experience in hospitality or tourism.
Able to effectively communicate in English and Estonian, in both written and oral forms.
Good computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of sales modules like Opera PMS, S&C are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Friendly, customer-centric attitude and able to work in a team environment.
