Job Description
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and potential customers
- Proactively seek out new potential customers
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and customers
- Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and results on schedule
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer relations, including 1 year in live chat support
- Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- You are a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Good Russian skills, additional languages are a plus
- You have an appetite for "Tech" and ready to explain why our solution is revolutionary!
