Sales Manager

The main tasks include:

• Maintaining and expanding our client base
• Active sales of our company’s services
• Complete documentation for a deal (contracts, price offers, etc.)
• Customer support at all stages of the transaction
• Maintaining good relations with regular clients
• Working in the CRM system Salesap

What do we expect from you:

• You are sociable, you know how to convey an idea correctly and speak competently
• You are fluent in English and proficient in another foreign language (German, Finnish, Swedish, etc.)
• Feel confident working with PC (e-mail, Google documents and CRM)
• Don’t be afraid to learn new material
• You’re punctual and responsible
• You’re proactive and able to find solutions to a changing situation
• You're a very disciplined

There are also important for us:

• Experience with CRM
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Active selling skills
• Objection handling skills

There’s place in our sales department for both hunters and farmers.  A hunter is a sales manager whose activities focus exclusively on expanding the customer base and working only with new customers. The work includes both customer search and the first touch with a customer, the client is then handed over to the farmer. The farmer takes full responsibility for the regular customers.
