Job Description

Your main task will be to promote Vesimentor processes both in Estonia and in export marketsby establishing new customer relationships and professionally maintaining existing customerrelationships. You belong with us if You enjoy actively establishing new customer relationships,you notice and create business opportunities using an effective and innovative approach, andyou are correct and consistent in realizing business opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strive to meet and exceed all established call and revenue targets.
  • Develop and grow a network of key contacts across clients at all levels.
  • Continually develop and update own knowledge and understanding of production processes.
  • Work with the management team on developing sales strategies along with setting targets.
  • Strive to meet and exceed all established call and revenue targets.
  • You will maintain the whole sales process – you introduce products, enter into contracts,implement and manage relationships.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, challenges and strategy,in order to become partner of choice.
  • Ability to articulate a customer’s issue by offering the best solution.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1+ years of successful experience in B2B sales related industry.
  • Demonstrate a track record of accomplished sales results and targets.
  • Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, other languages are bonus.
  • Take initiative, work independently and efficiently.
  • Enjoy work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiator, systematic in concluding contracts, and a good team player.
