Tesla Amazing is a manufacturing company based in Estonia. Our story began in 2015 with the release of the legendary Magnetic Notes – statically charged notes. Now it is a brand known all over the world.

We want to make our products perfect and popular, and we want Estonia to become famous for such cool and innovative products as ours and more people associate Estonia with quality and progressiveness.

In 2022, we have finally come to an end with the pandemic crisis, completed a number of production-related issues, and are starting to build a new sales team. Today, we are focusing on the Sales Manager position.

In this position, you will be faced with the exciting job of building the structure of an international sales network from Australia to Chile. Based on existing partners, by creating and developing new markets, we will have to:

  • Improve approaches and commercial policies;
  • Choose the most effective channels;
  • Handle and wake up old dormant clients;
  • Build connections with new clients;
  • Sales plan implementation;
  • Leading clients through all stages of the sales funnel;
  • Filling CRM system;
  • Offer ideas and solutions for sales development.

Requirements

  • Languages: English — B2, Russian — B1 (Obligatory). Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, German) as a big plus.
  • Experience in international sales from 5 years.
  • Successful cases of building sales
  • Experience building and managing a sales team
  • Knowledge of legal and logistical frameworks in the field of international sales
  • Knowledge of methodologies and tools (CRM like Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge in marketing as a plus
  • Experience in eCommerce as a plus
  • High communication skills
  • Languages: English — B2, Russian — B1. Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, German) as a big plus.
