Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with distributors
- Create conditions for the effective work of distributors with customers: product presentation, communication rules, marketing campaigns
- Work with analytics statistics
- Identify the needs of distributors and stimulate their activity
- Understand the regional market and its development
- Design and launch local events and celebrations
Requirements

- Able to make decisions, service oriented, attentive and friendly
- Organized and adaptable at the same time, has good negotiation skills
- Diplomatic and not afraid of multitasking
- Experience in the field of sales - from 3 years
- Fluent Estonian, Russian and English on the speaking level
