Active in Sales : Agricultural, truck and industrial tires, strategies development and to represent systems interests of the company;
Information collection and market analysis (a demand, a supply, prices, competitors, prospective customers and consumers);
To Plan appointments with existing clients, negotiations, deal-making on behalf of the company;
Consulting services to clients (creating specifications for the goods, assistance in the demonstration of goods, provision of market information about demand for the goods);
Management of clients with their obligations under sales agreements;
Identifying and accounting for potential buyers, the study of their needs;
Customer`s database maintaining and supporting;
The ability and desire to work from Home-office ;
Reporting on the level of distribution of goods, sales, sales figures of individual customers for the use of promotional and incentive systems work with these customers;
Previous job experience in agro, truck and/or industrial technique sales (at least 2 years);
Good communication skills and ability to achieve results;
Creative thinking, sense of responsibility and ability to resolve conflicts;
Languages : Russian (fluent oral and good written) and Estonian (fluent oral and fluent written) ; Good English will be considered as advantage;
Ability to develop long-term relations with key-customers;
Valid driving license;
High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, positive thinking and initiative.
